We are looking for an Operations Coordinator to handle a wide variety of customer service, account management, and administrative workload for our growing business and a diverse set of clients throughout Portland and the Columbia River Gorge.
Consider our service as an Information Systems (IS) Manager, akin to the in-house personnel commonly found within larger organizations with a workforce exceeding 100 individuals.
Our role is to operate as a liaison between business management and the Information Technology (IT) team, ensuring that IT operations align with business objectives and deliver the desired outcomes.
We offer a comprehensive suite of IT services to many of our clients.
Unlike an in-house Information Systems Manager, we operate as a third-party service provider, delivering the same level of expertise at a fraction of the cost.
This enables small businesses to access a crucial role that is often overlooked due to the prohibitive cost of hiring a full-time IS Manager.
Our service approach provides cost-effective solutions that help our clients streamline their operations and enhance their bottom line.
Our target clients are in building design, construction as well as creative agencies, digital design, product design, manufacturing, regional breweries, and restaurants.
Our clients benefit from our systems-based approach to managing information technology which eliminates IT costs and proactively addresses issues.
We specialize in full-service information systems and technology management for organizations with 10-100 active users or computers.
Our service ensures the online availability, up-to-date functionality, and production readiness of thousands of devices, users, and systems worldwide.
Required
Experience:
Business Administration and/or Customer Service:
2 years (Required) Desired Experience (or willingness to learn to lead AND take direction on the excellent execution of):
Account and/or service coordination.
Scheduling through written and verbal communication with clients and service team.
Continuous improvement methodology.
Clear understanding of how to properly operate and interact with computer systems.
General office management software (Word, Excel, Outlook, or equivalent applications) Clear understanding of how to create a clean, organized, and well-documented office and/or business environment.
Working independently and with a team in a fast-paced service environment.
Preferred Experience (or willingness to learn to lead AND take direction on the service of):
Business Productivity Software (Trello, Harvest, Google Drive) Accounting Software (Quickbooks Online) Additional Documentation Creation and Management Software (Snagit, vector-based design software, image editing software, Visio, Lucid-Chart) Plus! Design Focused Application Software Management and Support (Adobe Creative Suite, Autodesk AutoCAD/Maya/Revit, Dassault Solidworks, Rhino 3D, or other application software involved in design is highly desirable).
IT service Application Software Management and Support (ITglue, Ninja RMM, Autotask, ConnectWise, Capterra, Mavenlink, Polaris, Atera, etc.
).
Core network equipment (firewalls, switches, routers, wireless network components, etc.
).
Core server equipment (Dell, HP, Synology commercial grade server equipment).
Edge devices (printers, plotters, scanners, building access control systems, lighting systems, security systems, surveillance systems, etc.
).
This position is office-based full-time with the potential to work from home based on performance after 90 days.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
