Job Description:
Dennis Marshall DMD and TJ Finlayson DMD is seeking a Receptionist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a friendly, outgoing personality, and be able to perform a variety of receptionist duties.
Essential Functions:
Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate person and or department Answers incoming calls and takes messages for appropriate staff members Records entries into office/inventory database, prepare to send outgoing mail, file incoming mail/records incoming calls, other receptionist duties as assigned by manager or supervisor Maintain office cleanliness; stock office supplies; maintain inventory of office equipment; order office supplies; maintain equipment repair and maintenance schedule; perform minor repairs; keep front desk area clean and organized Provide other special projects as assigned Assist in running the front desk computer system, Tues-Fri 8am-5pm Other duties as assigned Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED preferred Previous experience in a dental office or medical office setting preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
Demonstrate strong attention to detail.
Hourly Rate:
