Scheduling Coordinator
Heights Family Dental Heights Family Dental Hood River, OR Hood River, OR Full-time Full-time $15 - $18 an hour $15 - $18 an hour We're looking for a English and Spanish speaking front office person to help out our dental practice.
Duties will include but now limited to:
Answering of phones Scheduling patients Reviewing treatment plans Discussing financial arrangements Taking patient payments Maintaining patient records Checking in lab cases Maintaining clinic schedule Attention to detail and organizational skills are a must.
Ability to maintain professionalism and working well with other staff also important.
The right person will be able to prioritize, organize, and complete tasks in a timely and independent manner.
Must be fluent in speaking and reading Spanish.
Experience with Open Dental would be great.
