Requirements:
- Active Lpn/lvn Licensure/Certification in Oregon- American Heart Association BLS- At least 1-year of experience as a Lpn/lvn- Prior experience in an SNF preferredSupplemental Health Care will consider for employment qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable local, state, or federal law.
