Payload Engineer 3 - Beyond Line of Sight (BLOS)

Qualifications
This job is limited to employees who, in the performance of their assigned work, regularly apply engineering disciplines to the research, design, development, test, and evaluation of company products, facilities, or manufacturing process and have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree of Science from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry. Typical experience: 5-8 years in an engineering classification with a Bachelor's degree or 3-6 years experience in an engineering classification with a Master's degree.
Ability to think at the component and systems level
Ability to review and update DOORS Modules
Ability to support and lead internal and external SETR events; including supplier reviews with technical expertise through content generation, review of supplier material and communication with government partners.
Experience with verification test planning and verification test activity
Experience with datalink certifications and MIL-STD testing for MIL-STD 461 and 464
Preferably experience with MIL-STD-882 or DO-160 Environmental Testing
Interest and knowledge of datalinks
Preferably experienced with CDL
Preferably experienced with SATCOM
Experience with BLOS
Practical approach desired regarding BLOS
/ RF performance ? position is not for an RF Engineer.
Experience working with suppliers as the technical focal
Experience working with cross functional teams to resolve technical problems - Preferable experience leading small cross-functional teams (Informal or formal leadership role)

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
